International Academic Exchange and Corperation

In the last five years, the laboratory has received more than 150 people to give lectures, among them more than 80 are from other countries such as USA, France, Australian, Canada, UK, Austria, Japan etc. The laboratory has also sent more than 85 people including staffs and students to other countries for taking part in international conference and doing cooperative research. For example, the staffs and students from our laboratory have given 52 oral and poster presentations in Goldschmidt 2003 (Japan) and Goldschmidt 2004 (Denmark). The laboratory has hosted 4 international conferences in the last five years, and there are 8 people giving plenary or keynote lectures and more than 80 people giving oral presentation. We are particularly interested in building up international cooperative projects, and in the last five years we have established joint projects with partners in Germany (Prof. B. Lehmann, Prof. A.W. Hofmann), Japan (Prof. E. Nakamura), and Australian (Prof. B. Griffin). We welcome all interested researchers in other countries to contact us for scientific exchange and possible joint research projects.
